Dukes Foundation Support For "Cure for Cancer "

A Dinner for Children with Cancer was hosted by us at the Aflac Cancer & Blood Disorders Center at Children’s Health Care of Atlanta, Egleston Hospital to honor young Cancer patients, their families and the Hospital staff. The memory of the late Justin Bonner, a young Cancer Patient and former Mentee was also recognized.
Representing Aflac Cancer Center@ Egleston Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta was Ms. Yvette Dennison Campbell, Business Operations Supervisor.
Catering was provided by Aunt Laura’s Restaurant.
Soul to Sole

Mentees presented gifts to Aflac Cancer Center at the Egleston campus. Grace Morrison, Senior Program Coordinator, Aflac Cancer and Blood Disorders Center accepted the gifts. Items presented will be used by Pediatric Cancer Patients.
Recognition of Late Mentee
A fundraising drive was held and proceeds presented at a Basketball Game to honor Nicolas Bird. Over $1,036 was raised. His Family was presented with an original piece of art in his likeness which was painted by renowned Atlanta Artist, Gerald Ivey.
